Pendant style

Twenty-eight millimeters. The full length of a grown crystal, cut to show every one of them. Simple beauty, showcasing the stone as Part of the T Bar collection — a shape named for the ski lifts on some New England slopes. 

At 28mm long and 3.7mm wide this is the longest stone in the collection — an aspect ratio of 7.6 that was never going to be a ring. The color runs from near-clear at one end to a clean baby blue at the other, the shift visible across the entire length of the stone as the chemistry of the Afghan pegmatite shifted during growth.

Set vertically it falls as a dramatic elongated drop, the color change reading top to bottom. Set horizontally as a T Bar it spans the collarbone fully.

No heat treatment. No clarity enhancement. Hand-carved bezel with integrated bail, organic hand-carved walls. Pendant only — chain available as add-on.
