Custom Pet Portrait Pendants

 YOUR PET, IN PRECIOUS METAL 

Every coin in my collections started as something I wanted to make once and keep making. This one is different: it starts with you.

Send me a photo of your pet, and I’ll translate it into a pendant, carved in relief the same way as the rest of my coin collections, cast in the metal of your choice, finished by hand in my Boston studio.

This is single-pet only for now. One pet per pendant. If it goes well, a multi-pet option may follow later, but for launch, one face, one pendant so I can keep the detail for the ~nickel size charm. Custom engraving is allowed up to 20 characters on the back, note in check out.

From my home studio in Boston: I made two of these before I ever thought about offering them, for myself with my husky Cheese. Now I’m opening it up to any pet.

HOW IT WORKS

1.        Submit your photo. Front-facing, well-lit, high resolution. See photo requirements below. email it to bravaisfinejewelry@gmail.com

2.        Approval proof. I’ll turn your photo into a CAD render and send it to you for approval before anything is cast. This is your one chance to request adjustments before production begins.

3.        Cast and finished. Once you approve the render, your pendant is cast in your chosen metal and hand-finished in my studio.

4.        Shipped. Made to order, allow up to 12 weeks from proof approval, not from order date, since your approval is what starts the clock.

Because every coin here is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final once the CAD proof is approved. Changes requested after approval may incur additional design fees.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

•          Front-facing or clear three-quarter angle of your pet’s face

•          Well-lit, in focus, no filters

•          High resolution: at least3 megapixels (roughly 2000 x 1500 pixels or larger)

•          One pet per submission for this listing

Photos that don’t meet these requirements may not translate well into relief carving, and may be sent back for a better submission before work begins.
