The puffed heart pendant is the piece that commits entirely to the form: a sculptural puffed heart in solid gold or platinum, with a second heart inset at the center holding the diamond in a bezel setting. Heart within heart, stone within stone.

The outer form is the puffed gold heart: fully three-dimensional, polished, with the rounded fullness of a form that’s been inflated rather than stamped. At 11.4x10.9mm it’s a substantial pendant, not a delicate charm, but a piece with genuine physical presence. The inner bezel holds a 5x5mm heart-cut diamond centered in the composition, so the stone shape mirrors the gold form exactly.

Lab-grown is VS clarity in G-H color, clean and bright in the open bezel. Natural is I1 clarity in G-H, disclosed, and in a bezel setting where the diamond is fully framed by metal, I1 is an honest trade at this price point.
